Arrosi has obtained FSC certification

The Forest Stewardship Council, which is based in Bonn, Germany, has awarded Arrosi the Chain of Custody Certification, which verifies that FSC-certified material originates from well-managed forests, controlled sources, or reclaimed materials and has been identified as it makes its way along the supply chain from the forest to the market.

FSC Certification for Crepe Paper

This is an important recognition for Arrosi. On one hand, it represents the culmination of the hard work in our organization. On the other hand, it gives us great satisfaction to receive the acknowledgement of an internationally recognized organization with whom we share the same mission: to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests.

Paper is our raw material. We consume large amounts of paper to manufacture our main product: crepe paper. It is used for a wide variety of applications, such as automation, food industry, surf or bookbinding. That is why we are committed to a sustainable paper consumption (i.e.: we often use recycled paper) and to using manufacturing processes that are respectful with the biodiversity, that surrounds us.

We believe that being conscious about our actions and their impact on the environment is very important. An excessive use of raw materials and uncontrolled pollution during manufacturing could drastically deteriorate the living conditions of our planet in a few generations from now. Thus, we have full conviction and commitment for a sustainable and exemplary environmental management system.
